Discovery
A 45-min call to understand the brand, the audience, and the success metric. You get a one-page brief and an honest "yes, no, or refer-you-elsewhere" within 48 hours.
Concept & Plan
Concept deck, run-of-show, budget, and supplier shortlist. Two rounds of revisions baked in. Sign-off in writing before a single deposit goes out.
Production
We book, license, source, build, and run. You get weekly progress, full visibility on spend, and a single producer to call.
Capture & Debrief
On-night photo and video, edited content within 7 days, and a post-event report against the success metric we agreed on Day 1.
