With lower traffic, we focus on qualitative research — session recordings and user interviews — before running controlled tests.
We use Google Optimize (or VWO/Optimizely for higher-volume sites), Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session recordings, and GA4 for funnel analysis. Tools are selected based on your tech stack, traffic volume, and testing complexity.
A winner must reach 95% statistical significance with a positive impact on your primary conversion goal. We never call a test based on visual trends, early data, or short time windows. Every declared winner is documented with full test data.
Both. For eCommerce, we focus on product pages, add-to-cart rates, and checkout completion. For lead generation, we optimise landing pages, lead forms, and sign-up flows. The methodology is the same — data-driven hypothesis, controlled test, statistical validation.
